I took this picture while flying from the coast to Charlotte on our recent trip to Texas. Care to guess what those buildings are that occur all over the place? the long thin ones. Syd, you aren't allowed to play on this one.
Some kind of structure that protects from our eyes the fetid conditions in which we grow our food. Sure looks pretty and pristine down there, doesn't it?

I was once at a pig farm in Iowa - stunk to high heaven but it was a long skinny building...
